清境非法民宿不再接受訂房　但不服氣

【陳方瑩／南投報導】內政部公布清境非法民宿7家遭勒令停業，業者都願意辦理退費，即日起並不再接受訂房，但不滿指出，每年地價稅、房屋稅沒少繳，並配合消防、建築安檢，使用的是營業用電，應盡義務一樣沒少：「說我危險，拿出科學證據來，才能讓人心服口服！」

「楓丹白露」民宿第二代張姓業者說，到12月底之前都有訂房，願意辦理退費，昨起並不再接受訂房，目前雇用5名員工，很擔心他們的生計。「我們也不知道要怎麼辦？」會全力配合政府政策，但也希望縣政府能夠提出配套措施、輔導合法化。 

「白熊屋」負責人郭信良原來台南人，他說，九二一地震後，來清境打拚10多年，在這裡娶妻生子，買了四分半地，擁有9個房間的民宿，是一點一點逐年蓋起來的，目前還貸款3千萬元，最大的夢想就是世代在這裡安居樂業，「如果知道這裡危險區，怎麼可能把自己和子孫要住房子蓋在這裡？拿身家性命開玩笑！」。
