天花板丁木板還是塑膠板好??

夾層屋的天花班之前是釘木板 但現有一處因浸水潮濕有點凹陷 一下大雨就滴水 想全打掉看到底是哪漏水及重作天花板 有人建議改釘塑膠板的 對這方面不懂 想請問改塑膠板會比較好嗎? 費用怎算? 也是找木工作嗎???
