鐵沙掌算什麼，印度神人辛格(Prem Singh)的「神炸手」才令人稱奇！在印度舊德里有一間餐廳每到下午必定人滿為患，為的是觀看老闆辛格的拿手絕活，徒手伸進高溫２百度的油鍋炸魚。

根據英國《每日郵報》（Daily Mail）報導，65歲的辛格是位退役軍人，從25年前開始經營這間小餐館，每到下午餐館門口必定人滿為患，除了是為了美食前來之外，辛格還有一項終極絕技吸引顧客上門，那就是「徒手炸魚」，且25年完全沒有受過傷，讓他在當地成為名人。

報導指出，餐館每天都會賣出1百公斤地炸魚，生意相當興隆，當然很多顧客其實是為了看辛格的「金剛手」才到餐館「朝聖」。此外，辛格說，他希望兒子可以繼承他的金剛手，但並不是人人都可以學的。
