近半年又驗出5件毒澱粉　茂利佔兩件

【蔡明樺／台北報導】毒澱粉重現南台灣，衛福部食藥署將順丁烯二酸列例行性重點稽查項目，從6月22日《食品衛生管理法》修法迄今，各地衛生局共抽驗澱粉398件，其中被驗出含順丁烯二酸的毒澱粉有5件，台南檢調偵辦中的茂利澱粉公司就佔2件，分別是樹薯澱粉、番薯粉各驗出51ppm（parts per million，百萬分之一濃度）、893ppm。
 
此外，台南市寶森粉行製造的「南光牌澱粉」，製造商查核中的「波霸粉圓」，和業者自行送驗的「鑫鑫腸」，也都被驗出含順丁烯二酸。
 
食藥署區管中心主任馮潤蘭說，茂利澱粉的毒澱粉已由衛生局封存397噸，並依《食管法》開罰1800萬元，波霸粉圓令業者下架回收，南光牌澱粉有14包已全數銷毀，鑫鑫腸業者17台斤已全部下架。
