南韓考慮為開發減碳科技企業 提供優惠

南韓財政部表示，針對開發減少溫室氣體排放的技術與設備企業，政府考慮提供金融與稅務方面的優惠。

南韓政府與民間企業、市民團體，為了如何執行溫室氣體排放系統舉行聽證會，上述計畫是達成一項長期政策方針的一部分。

將於2015年推出的溫室氣體排放交易系統，要求企業採取行動減少排碳量，無法履行的企業必須購買可以排碳的權力。企業也能以現金出售排碳權。

為把此系統對地方企業的衝擊降到最低，南韓政府考慮提供金融與稅務上的優惠，包括投資與開發相關技術的補貼。

財政部還說，政府也正考慮認可企業在排碳系統啟用之前的努力。
