遭急診患者掌摑 馬偕護理師提告

台北馬偕醫院蔡姓護理師日前在急診室遭女患者掌摑，憤而決定對這名患者提告；急診室暴力時有所聞，護理師公會全聯會認為除非加強醫院保全維安，否則無法杜絕急診暴力。

這名20多歲蔡姓護理師昨天接受媒體訪問時指稱，本月21日晚間在急診值班時，一名女性患者在父親陪同下急診，要求開立精神科用藥；因醫師認為急診工作不是開藥，沒想到說明後卻無故遭掌摑，氣得要當場提告。

蔡姓護理師最後以傷害罪提告，台北馬偕醫院證實確有此事。護理師公會全聯會秘書長曾修儀表示，這件事情讓人想起，去年桃園蘆竹鄉代王貴芬掌摑長庚護理師事件，一再發生打擊士氣。

>曾修儀表示，護理師沒有安全職業環境，不僅離職率增加，也影響病患；她說，政府應考慮加強急診保全人力，或增派警力。
