1,341家陸銀違規貸款 挨罰

大陸銀監會昨（30）日發布年報揭露，2013年通過各類現場檢查，共查處銀行業金融機構違規金額人民幣2.3兆元，處罰違規機構1,341家。

銀監會指出，2013年大陸商業銀行不良貸款餘額持續增加，從地區和行業的集中度來看，新增不良貸款主要集中在長三角地區，批發零售業和製造業為不良貸款增加最多的行業。

銀監會昨日也對銀行喊話，當前房地產貸款不良率及餘額較低，整體風險可控，仍將嚴控不動產貸款，「沒有討價還價餘地」。

大陸銀監會辦公廳副主任王俊壽昨在年報發布會上指出，房地產貸款整體風險可控，銀行總貸款占比不是很高，但要繼續強化「名單制」管理，防止部分開發商資金鏈斷裂的風險。

大陸銀監會還將嚴格執行國務院政策，在房地產開發貸款、土地儲備貸款及個人貸款政策上，「沒有鬆動和折扣，也沒有討價還價餘地」。
