趙藤雄500萬交保 北檢提抗告

（中央社記者劉世怡台北31日電）北檢偵辦桃園合宜住宅案，聲押前桃園縣副縣長葉世文、遠雄集團董事長趙藤雄等人；台北地院今天裁定趙藤雄等2人交保。北檢表示，即時向高院提起抗告。

台北地檢署指揮廉政署查出，遠雄建設公司得標的桃園縣「八德地區合宜住宅招商投資興建（用地標售）案」，疑有行賄、收賄情事，昨天展開偵查；經漏夜複訊後，今天凌晨1時，認定涉嫌行賄的趙藤雄、遠雄集團幹部魏春雄、白手套蔡仁惠有串供（證）之虞及涉嫌收賄的葉世文涉及貪污重罪及有串供（證）之虞，對4人聲押禁見。

台北地方法院經隔離訊問後，今天上午陸續裁定葉世文、蔡仁惠羈押禁見，趙藤雄以新台幣500萬元交保並限制出境、住居；魏春雄以100萬元交保，並限制出境、住居。

台北地檢署表示，不服法院裁定趙藤雄等2人交保，認定2人仍有串供（證）之虞，有羈押必要，因此即時向台灣高等法院提起抗告。1030531
