車票蓋偽造驗票章 教授遭訴

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄30日電）高雄一所大學徐姓教授涉嫌購買高鐵車票加蓋偽造驗票章，在高鐵左營站出站時被查獲送辦。雄檢偵結，依偽造文書罪起訴。

高雄地檢署起訴書指出，徐男今年3月19日到高鐵台北站，準備買21日要南下左營的車票。

徐男表示，有名男子向他建議可改買台北到板橋、台南到左營站的短程車票，即可一路從台北搭到左營，約可省下新台幣1400多元。

徐男購票台南到左營站的車票後，將車票交由男子在背面蓋上台南車站驗票章，於3月21日購買台北至板橋的高鐵票搭車返回左營站，於出站時持蓋上台南車站驗票章的台南到左營站車票出站，被站務人員發現驗票章是偽造，報警移送偵辦。

徐男辯稱他不知驗票章是偽造，且事後也有補票，沒有犯罪意圖。

檢方偵查終結，依偽造文書罪嫌和詐欺未遂罪嫌將徐男起訴。1030530
