領先8分上場　王維中投1局無失分

效力釀酒人台灣左投王維中，今天終於又在與小熊隊比賽登板，他是在球隊11比3，領先8分情況下，第8局上場後援。王維中投1局，用16球，有9好球，雖然被打1支二壘安打，不過最後沒失分，還送出1次三振，讓他本季防禦率從賽前17.61降至15.58。最後釀酒人是以11比5擊敗小熊。

王維中此役最快球速約92哩(約148公里)，8局登板時，面對的首名打者魯吉安諾(Justin Ruggiano)就從他手中擊出二壘安打，不過王維中沒有受到影響，讓接下來打者卡斯提歐(Wellington Castillo)、薛爾霍茲(Nate Schierholtz)分別擊出內野滾地球、內野飛球出局，再用6球三振了最後1名打者歐特(Mike Olt)。

總計王維中本季上大聯盟出賽7場，投8.2局，被擊出19支安打，包括5發全壘打，有7次三振，5次四壞球保送，失掉15分都是責失，不過這15分全都是集中在3場比賽。（楊逸民╱綜合報導）
