聲請假扣押大統 最高行駁回

大統長基食品廠油品出包，彰化縣衛生局先前裁罰2860萬元並聲請假扣押遭駁回後提起抗告，最高行政法院今天駁回抗告。

大統長基食品廠爆發油品食安問題，彰化縣衛生局10月21日開出處分書，當時對大統食品廠裁罰新台幣2860萬元後，向台中高等行政法院聲請扣押財產，但遭到駁回。

彰化縣政府提起抗告，最高行政法院調查認為，彰化縣政府後來撤銷處分，在10月31日改開罰大統長基公司18億5000萬元，因此2860萬元的債權已不存在，駁回彰化縣政府。

彰化縣政府開罰大統長基公司18億5000萬元後，已在12月3日將全案送行政執行署彰化分署強制執行。
