日月光涉排放廢水污染案，雄檢今傳喚交保的副總經理林顯堂和在押的處長蘇炳碩等對質。日月光表示，尊重司法，基於偵查不公開原則，不便對案情表示意見。

日月光涉排放廢水污染案，高雄地檢署今天傳喚交保的副總經理林顯堂和在押的處長蘇炳碩等對質，釐清排放廢水的決策機制和疑點。

檢方表示，連日來交叉比對相關資料和證人證詞後，發現有疑點待釐清，因此再傳喚日月光副總經理林顯堂和收押的廠務處長蘇炳碩釐清疑點。

日月光表示，尊重司法，基於偵查不公開原則，不便對案情表示意見。
