腸病毒活躍度略升　新增1例北部女童病例

【邱俊吉／台北報導】疾病管制署上午公布新增1例克沙奇A5型腸病毒重症個案，為居住於北部的1歲10個月女童，12月14日出現發燒，後續出現泡疹性咽峽炎，並有抽搐、眼球上吊等疑似腸病毒侵犯中樞神經的重症前兆，緊急至大醫院就醫，經診斷為腸病毒感染併發腦炎，目前已康復出院。

疾管署表示，此個案為今年第1例克沙奇A5型腸病毒重症，一般感染此病毒後，絕大多數以輕症表現，過去僅在2006、2009及2010年曾出現該型別的腸病毒感染併發重症，都已順利康復。

疾管署表示，監測資料顯示，近期該型別的病毒活躍度略有上升，該署提醒民眾，腸病毒在冬天並不會完全停止活動，目前雖然已過了流行期，但社區中仍有感染腸病毒克沙奇A型及71型的個案出現，民眾千萬不可掉以輕心。今年截至12月26日止，共有11例腸病毒重症個案，其中6例感染腸病毒71型、3例感染克沙奇A6型、1例感染克沙奇A5型，均順利康復，另1例感染伊科30型的新生兒不幸往生。
