手機軟體LINE的貼圖是現代人聊天必備，但新竹這位工程師最近將手機送修換新，拿回來時卻發現購買的代幣和貼圖通通不見，詢問之後才發現，因為沒有將帳號和網路信箱作連結，所以所有購買的東西全部消失，找上軟體公司也無法補償，讓他直呼真的虧大了。

造型可愛的卡通圖案琳瑯滿目，手機軟體LINE的貼圖相當受到歡迎，但你有想過換了一支手機之後，這些購買的貼圖和代幣竟然都會全部消失嗎？新竹一位林姓工程師，最近將手機送廠維修，但手機還在保固期內，所以店家換了一隻新的給他，回家重新下載LINE準備使用，竟然發現心愛的貼圖和代幣全部都不見，滿腦問號，林先生馬上寄信詢問，但LINE卻說，因為男子當初的帳號沒有和網路信箱連結，所以帳號無效也無法補償，讓男子實在無法接受。

以為手機號碼就等於是帳號，但所有的帳號消費紀錄卻都在回復原廠設定之後全部不見，當初花了1500元也就這麼憑空消失，難怪林先生痛批，開心買貼圖竟然這麼沒有保障。
