請問ACER E2 USB 2.0 Driver 安裝問題

小弟想更新為國際版，需要安裝USB 2.0 Driver，爬文後，

小弟參考了pky9004的教學：步驟4

4.下載ACER_E2的USB 2.0 Driver 到PC端

5.ACER_E2關機狀態下USB連上PC(XP32bit)，安裝E2的USB DRIVER。

但是小弟按了install或installxp 都毫無反應，

去官方問與答看過之後，也確認了小弟已經是32位元XP SP3版+有Windows Media Player11

去下載官方版本也一樣無解，

去裝置管理員搜索也找不到驚嘆號，

但是手機插上usb後有正常充電(所以不是USB壞了)

請問版上先進，能指導我如何解決，順利安裝嗎?謝謝!
