基隆雨停了　觀鴨潮來了

【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆雨終於停啦！連日好幾天的大雨，下得賞鴨人潮都不見了。今天上午基隆地區已經明顯沒有下雨，民眾也開始向忠一路旁的海洋廣場聚集，都是為了想趁好天氣可以近距離和黃色小鴨拍照留念。主辦單位表示，今天截至目前為止，累積觀鴨人數已達2萬多人。
