寒流發威　桃園拉拉山下雪

【黎百代／桃園報導】強烈寒流發威！桃園縣復興鄉著名的風景區拉拉山，由於海拔只有1600到1800公尺，所以每年冬天要看到降雪的機會不大，但這波寒流威力驚人，加上空氣中充沛的含水量加持下，今天凌晨4時許開始降雪，氣溫最低溫只有0℃，天亮後高溫也不過3度，許多早起的當場民眾出門時就看到四周已籠罩在銀色世界中，降雪持續至上午8時許，已有2到3公分厚度。
