【動新聞】鎖鏈纏頸「訓練」　兒勒斃精障母

【方翊倩／綜合報導】一名40歲張姓男子，不滿罹患重度精障的母親多次行竊，竟以鎖自行車的鎖鍊纏繞母親脖子，拴在浴室鐵窗整整2天，張母因體力不支昏迷，慘遭鎖鍊勒斃，北檢昨依私刑拘禁罪將他起訴。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，起訴指出，張男不滿64歲的母親常到超商偷吃東西，認為母親已無羞恥心，去年曾以機車大鎖、鐵鍊將母親綁在房間，今年9月8日改以自行車鎖鍊套脖子，另一頭則鎖住浴室鐵窗，張母因整整遭囚禁2天，體能不支癱軟昏睡，但因鎖鍊綁太緊，竟導致她窒息而死。張男辯稱無力照顧母親，為「訓練」母親才釀成大錯。

鎖鍊勒斃婦 示意圖 老婦被兒子用自行車鎖鍊拴在浴室鐵窗兩天，體力不濟昏迷，不幸被勒斃。
