滙豐：寬鬆貨幣政策衍生出通縮風險

【王秋燕／綜合外電報導】根據滙豐（HSBC）報告，儘管金融體系充斥因寬鬆貨幣政策而四處流竄的資金，但是通貨膨脹卻相對低，這或許是央行正創造出通貨緊縮環境。
 
報告指出，這是從貨幣政策觀點解讀的貨幣戰爭，但納入通貨緊縮趨勢，貨幣寬鬆政策僅讓央行出口出更多通貨緊縮到其他地區。主要國家央行實施寬鬆貨幣政策，僅短暫引發本國通貨膨脹升高，但隨後貨幣大幅貶值。
 
當有貨幣貶值，一定會有相對貨幣升值。對於經歷「不需要」貨幣升值的國家，通貨膨脹卻比預期低，甚至低於預定目標。以歐元區為例，今年下半年通膨表現低於預期。
