　　任天堂於 2013 年 12 月 18 日播出的網路節目「Nintendo Direct 2013.12.18」中宣佈，預定於 2014 年夏天推出 Wii U 版動作新作《薩爾達無雙》（ゼルダ無双），將發行實體版及下載版，官方並同時公佈最新影片。

本作為任天堂與 TECMO KOEI GAMES 合作發行的作品，以《薩爾達傳說》系列的世界觀為基礎，主角林克將化身為無雙英雄，體驗過關斬將的豪爽動作快感。
