報導華紙偷排廢水　華紙按鈴提告

中華紙漿公司今天（19）日針對壹週刊報導涉嫌埋設暗管偷排廢水，前往花蓮地檢署按鈴控告壹週刊及爆料民眾「釋楊悟空」誹謗。

華紙發言人林谷豐說，根據這期的週刊報導，指稱華紙埋暗管、偷排廢水，甚至造成魚群死亡，這些都是不實報導造成華紙商譽損失，公司決定提告捍衛名譽

華紙工安處長顏世雄也表示，華紙在地超過47年，是在地企業，決不會埋設暗管，排放違規廢水，因此將會對媒體不當的報導及當事人，提出刑事誹謗等告訴。
