房屋買賣糾紛

大家好, 小弟最近在房屋買賣上有些問題想跟大家請益.

小弟繼承了一棟房子, 最近成交了, 買方也付了第一期的金額.
但昨天仲介告知我買方得知房屋曾經發生過火災, 但我們卻未告知, 可能會告我們.

問題來了, 由於房屋是繼承而來的, 我並不知道曾經發生過火災
(後來去問了管理員, 他說大概是十年前電線走火發生的火災, 無人員傷亡)

由於目前簽約的合約上在火災的部分是寫"無"的.
不知道後續最糟的狀況會是怎樣? 該如何解決這樣的事情?
該如何與仲介及買家應對?

目前仲介先去消防局調之前火災的報告..

頭很大, 不知道有沒有有相關經驗的人可以分享一下經驗?
