因為你還沒搞清楚你現在用的是什麼模式，win8有分metro平板模式，跟windows傳統模式。
像你說的不能順利切換多工，是因為你正使用metro程式，metro是全螢幕執行，
要多工切換要看你是觸控螢幕還是用滑鼠，從畫面左上方可拉出正在執行的metro程式，
要關掉metro程式，直接從上方，按住往下拉，就可以關閉。
如果你習慣的是傳統windows程式，請先點選桌面的圖示，回到傳統模式，來執行傳統windows程式
在桌面或執行列找不到想執行的程式，可按左下開始，回到metro的開始畫面找你想執行的程式
，也可以按右鍵把他釘在傳統工作列上，或是在桌面上直接新增捷徑執行，就跟你一般在操作win7一樣。
