林克穎爭交保 英法官裁定續押

英國蘇格蘭上訴法院今天針對英商林克穎保釋抗告案開庭，法務部轉述，法官駁回抗告，林克穎繼續羈押。

林克穎在台灣撞死送報生遭判刑4年確定，卻在發監前夕落跑，潛逃回英國，法務部與英國內政部10月間簽署「關於引渡林克穎瞭解備忘錄」生效後，英國警方逮捕林克穎，愛丁堡地方法院並裁定羈押，法務部隨後正式提出引渡請求。
