換新顯卡 螢幕閃爍

顯卡從GeForce GT 220換成GeForce GT 640
螢幕解析度原本就使用1920*1080 60hz
換了640 螢幕會閃爍
爬了一下文
顯卡驅動整個重裝
換了比較低的解析度
調高畫面更新頻率
都沒用
而220怎樣都正常 這點讓我挺無言的
不知道是螢幕太舊跟不上顯卡?
還是新顯卡是劣質品?
又或者是...?

目前配備
螢幕ASUS VH232S
電源供應器550W
CPU Intel core i5 760 @2.8Ghz
記憶體8G
作業系統win7 64bit
