聽筒先前使用是很大聲的，在吵雜的環境下使用是OK的，不知為什麼現在變的和一般手機一樣小聲，在情境模式-----戶外模式和一般模式都是很小聲。是手機壞了嗎？還是可以調大聲的？在哪裡調？若無法改善請推薦哪支手機適合？在很吵雜環境中可用的，鈴聲大聽筒聲音大字大，功能不必大，一般即可。
