林百里前秘書侵占案開庭　女秘書夫認罪

【孫友廉／新北報導】廣達電腦董事長林百里前女秘書徐可君（40歲），自2003年起冒用林百里名義報帳，購買名牌包、名錶共詐領9千餘萬元，新北地院今上午再次開庭，傳喚徐可君及其夫林昭文（46歲），徐女稱病再次請假，首次到庭的林昭文當庭認罪，並提出願以7千5百餘萬元和解，但廣達律師表示，廣達無法接受。
 
林昭文的律師許文哲指出，7千5百餘萬元包括之前已給廣達的550餘萬元，及檢方當時扣押名牌服裝、珠寶等共6千6百餘萬元，再加上出售目前林、徐住處，可再賠償3百餘萬元。但廣達律師謝協昌表示，檢方扣押物品很多都已使用過，價值已減損，指林、徐若有意和解，提出的和解方案應具體可行。
