車輪內胎當浮具 釣客重心不穩溺斃

苗栗上午6點多，發生一起釣客溺斃意外，巫姓男子和朋友，到鯉魚潭水庫釣魚，男子想到對岸去，將大卡車車輪內胎充氣，綁上塑膠繩，當作小船，沒想到因為重心不穩，翻覆溺斃。

充飽氣的黑色輪胎，中間還綁上塑膠繩當支撐，就是40歲巫姓男子自己製作的浮具，他坐在上面，要划到30公尺的對岸去釣魚，疑似因為重心不穩翻覆落水，朋友跳下水，卻來不及救人，救難人員趕到下水打撈，3個多小時後，將男子救起，已經沒有生命跡象。
