空總開發案 江揆今現地勘查

為了整體考量首都未來的長遠發展，行政院長江宜樺請財政部與國防部負責安排，並請經建會協助，今（2）日下午勘查空總開發案，再決定未來用途。

位處台北市仁愛路的空總土地面積達7.1公頃，位處首都精華地段，傳聞各方角力不斷，開發案遲遲無法定案。

立法院多年前曾有意遷建於此地，但遭到市議會反對；台北市政府曾表明希望在此興建社會住宅，附近住戶反彈；司法院則曾經表達在此設置「司法園區」的構想；後來政院跨部會討論，決定規劃為台北「城中城」，作複合式商業使用，包括國際旅館、購物中心、娛樂用途、廣場及綠地。

各界對這塊都市寶地有各種不同期待，監察院長王建煊希望空總變成綠地，成為北市的第二座森林公園，政務委員陳士魁也曾表達相同的主張，但有民間人士認為，變身公園不但沒有任何經濟效益，還會助漲周邊房價。

江宜樺5月底於行政院政務會談中聽取財政部報告案指出，華光社區、雙子星大樓與空總開發案距離很近，如果都開發為商場，性質重複，應思考互補性，於是安排這趟勘查行程。
