柯賜海聲請釋憲 未婚妻出面相挺

【丁牧群／台北報導】抗議達人柯賜海今下午帶著「未婚妻」到司法院抗議「強制工作」違憲並遞交釋憲聲請書。57歲的柯賜海說未婚妻叫廖心如，28歲，目前就讀中興大學企管研究所。
 
皮膚白皙的廖女戴著墨鏡、口罩面對媒體，她搽著銀色亮彩眼影，穿短裙、黑色直條紋絲襪，就像時下愛漂亮的女生。記者問廖女喜歡柯賜海哪一點，她想了半天說：「會送我花。」柯補上一句：「我每天送他一束花。」
 
柯賜海數年前因詐欺案被判刑3年3月、刑後強制工作3年定讞，但他假釋出獄後，拒絕接受強制工作，被檢警逮捕後送往泰源技訓所強制工作，日前執行完畢。
