台中賣場紛易主　建商養地收租投報高

【張先華／台中報導】有十八年歷史的台中大墩購物廣場將易主，買家盤鈺建設斥資十九億買下，另花五億多買下旁邊透天厝及商場，每坪土地價格130至200多萬元不等，在七期以外開出天價，建商評估，公益、大墩路口後勢看好，類似台北敦化南路、忠孝東路商業發展成熟、生活機能比七期強，周邊黃金店面如麥當勞、赤鬼光月租金達七、八十萬，大墩廣場每個月也還可坐收四、五百萬的租金，暫時養地兼收租，但也在評估改建住商大樓，最快明年第三季推案。
