陳守國：壹電視挖新聞　年代重評論

【徐毓莉／台北報導】針對壹電視交易案，國家通訊傳播委員會（ＮＣＣ）今召開公聽會，對外界質疑交易後恐有壟斷等疑慮，壹電視總經理陳守國在發言時指出，年代集團董事長練台生在花東的收視戶很少，相較於其他系統業者，就像柑仔店跟7-ELEVEn，且年代加上壹電視收視率也比其它家族低，市場影響力有限，絕不是怪獸。未來規劃壹電視偏重新聞挖掘、追求真相，年代側重多元意見呈現與評論。

台灣新聞記者協會會長陳曉宜質疑，NCC尚未核准此交易案，但看到的壹電視新聞，都是一個記者同時拿年代與壹電視麥克風採訪，名義上兩新聞台確是一組人採訪，此併購案減損言論多元、專業記者權益。陳守國表示，因交易導致新聞部人才流失，依法大量解僱後3個月不能新聘員工，所以新聞不得不由年代支援。陳守國在會後接受媒體採訪時表示，無論NCC是否通過此交易案，交易金額14億都會付。
