國泰台大上調台灣GDP至3.59%

國泰台大產學合作團隊今天公布最新經濟成長預測，台灣今年的經濟成長從上次預測的3.29%上調至3.59%，中央大學經濟系教授徐之強表示，今年「可望站穩3頭」，下半年「4機而動」，年底前經濟氣候為「萬里無雲」的朗。

明年台灣的經濟成長預測為3.22%，徐之強解釋，明年台灣有穿戴裝置與物流網商機，輸出表現應還不錯，但是內需是不確定因素，2016年初有選舉，加上國內外明年可能升息，都會抑制消費。他認為央行不會在這次9月的理監事會議突然升息，最快也要等到12月才會考慮。
 
徐之強指出，美國擺脫寒冬陰霾，中國微刺激政策發酵，歐元區擴大寬鬆政策，新興市場風險不大，台灣下半年經濟表現優於上半年，無論內需或外需表現都超乎預期，消費信心帶消費，下半年預期半導體投資比上半年更好。（林巧雁／台北報導）
