司法人權講座 賴英照將深入剖析

「司法人權」是評估一個國家人權進步程度的重要指標，也是社會能夠進步的重要推手。

為了激盪民眾對司法人權的思考，財團法人臺灣民主基金會與時報周刊邀請前司法院長、現任中原大學講座教授賴英照，以「多元家庭的憲法爭議」為題演講，援引各國法規及現況，就憲法層面深入剖析多元家庭引起的司法人權論述。

憲法的原則在於讓人民享有基本人權保障，一個完善的法制體系，能把憲法的精神和原則與豐富多彩的社會現實連接起來，成為一個相對具體的遵循規則。

自「多元家庭」法案被提出後，引起正反論戰不休，透過剖析、解讀憲法，賴英照希望帶領民眾去思考司法人權的真諦，並讓憲法能成為正反雙方信仰的最終仲裁，他相信多元價值與意見，乃民主社會之常態，透過辯論與憲法法條的理解，最終必能成為臺灣最重要的人權案例。賴英照期待，透過探討多元成家法案的爭議，能為臺灣司法人權發展寫下新的里程。
