人就算再怎麼了解自己的身體，但總是無法搆到背部、看不見頭頂也無法觀察口腔裡的景象，國外有業者Miharu推出檢測用相機，獲得部分牙醫青睞在臨床上監測口腔牙菌斑擴散狀況具輔助功效，病人在機身前端鏡頭包覆住一次性的耗材後，能夠自己深入口腔拍照，了解自己像是蛀牙、拔牙傷口恢復等情形，若未套用耗材，將機器伸到背後和頭頂，也可用來拍攝平時無法看到的畫面，像是背後疹子恢復情況，及頭皮發炎程度等，方便掌握受傷部位的復原狀況，售價157美元，約4500多元台幣，但耗材用畢後得另外再行購買。(王心怡／綜合報導)
