台積電28奈米業績54億美元

晶圓代工廠台積電總經理暨共同執行長劉德音表示，今年28奈米製程業績可望達54億美元，20奈米將於明年1月量產。

台積電今天舉辦供應鏈管理論壇，甫於11月升任總經理暨共同執行長的劉德音首度現身演說，並頒獎予ASML等優良設備及原物料供應商。

劉德音說，今年全球國內生產毛額(GDP)約2.5%，預期明年可望微幅攀升，將達2.8%；今年全球半導體業產值將成長4%，明年將成長5%。

他表示，今年全球晶圓代工業產值將成長11%，預期明年將成長約9%；台積電今年業績將成長17%至18%，明年將持續成長2位數。

劉德音指出，台積電今年28奈米製程將貢獻54億美元業績；明年1月20奈米製程將正式量產，再1年後16奈米製程將導入量產。
