蘋果獲可撓式螢幕生產技術專利

67fc7b4e0db43a5e4f4f811b8d43480c 美國專利商標局公布的最新專利文件顯示，蘋果公司的可撓式觸控螢幕生產技術專利獲批，這表明未來蘋果產品有望配置可撓式螢幕。

蘋果獲批的專利技術可以避免因基板彎曲變形對於觸控的影響，用於生產觸控準確度更高的可撓式螢幕，未來有可能應用於螢幕、觸控面板、觸控游標等裝置的生產。

目前觸控面板技術主要是採用薄膜導體疊層設計，基板和薄膜都有一定的厚度，技術難度較大，在帶有一定弧度的基板上覆蓋薄膜，為保證薄膜的觸控效率則必須保持高溫，但高溫會讓基板變形。蘋果申請專利的技術解決了高溫下基板變形的問題，基板未做變形處理之前覆蓋導體薄膜，再利用基板加工技術改變基板的形狀，形成弧度後再進行高溫加熱，這樣生產出來的可撓式觸控螢幕可以保證觸控傳感層不易變形，還可以生產波浪形的可撓式螢幕。

雖然蘋果還未有配置可撓式螢幕的產品問世，不過早在2010年蘋果將開始申請可撓式觸控螢幕相關技術專利，未來iPad、iPhone 都有可能配置可撓式螢幕，不過短期來看最有可能面市的產品將是蘋果iWatch。
