電視搭配機上盒，接AV線跟RF(同軸電纜) 哪個效果比較好?

電視是傳統老舊的CRT笨重電視，數位電視盒，AV跟RF輸出都有.

我看一般好像都是AV端子的AV線，好於RF(cable)線

但我電視的AV端子只有兩個洞，只有分 畫面跟聲音，聲音並沒有分紅白，所以還要買2合一轉接頭，來接數位電視盒的三個頭的AV線.

即時這樣，我這老電視上，AV在聲音跟畫面上，還是會好於 RF線嗎?

另外

RF同軸電纜線，好像常標明75ohm，那是代表什麼意思? 訊號比較不會損失或失真嗎? 還是在聲音上 表現比較好? 優點是?
