倒閣案後的首次立法院院會，在野黨再度攜手，共同舉行記者會，三天前倒閣案被封殺後，行政院長江宜樺和國民黨立法院黨團在立院議場前慶功，今天在野黨的記者會也特別選在此處，民進黨、台聯及親民黨總共30幾名立委痛斥江宜樺挑釁國會，呼籲江宜樺「知所進退」，並共同高呼口號要求江宜樺下台，他們同時表示，將結合民眾，發動罷免馬英九總統的行動。
