【李姿慧／台北報導】民航局前局長、現任航空教育事務基金會董事長張國政今前往中興航空探視董事長楊壽芝，張國政表示，他因關心好朋友來探望她，飛安事件的發生，不外乎是飛行員的操作、機務、天候以及其他因素，飛安會會調查分析，但駕駛的生活正不正常、睡眠、技術和任務熟練，或飛機狀況好不好都會影響。

他並表示，高山的運作風險比較高，雖然看起來天氣很好，但是風也可能很大，以往很多飛安發生均因如此，看似天氣晴朗，不代表風向風速穩定，因此也不能排除天候因素。
