【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】10幾歲的孤兒，向來不是被領養的主要對象，面臨難搞的青少年時期，許多養父母都傾向領養10歲以下的小朋友，美國就有一名現年15歲的孤兒亨利(Davion Navar Henry)，主動勇敢發聲，告訴大家他想要一個家。

在監獄中出生的亨利，出生至今在不同寄養家庭中生活，上個月出席教堂做禮拜時，他提出想尋找人領養他的想法，神職人員安排他在禮拜後發言，穿著過大西裝的亨利，緊張地在眾人前演說表示：「我一出生就在寄養家庭生活，我知道上帝沒有放棄我，所以我也不能放棄自己，無論是誰，年輕或是年老，養父或是養母，黑人或是白人，願意領養我的話，我都沒關係，我會相當感激，盡力做到最好。」

一直等待媽媽出獄和他團聚的亨利，獲知媽媽今年6月病死在監獄中，他決定改變自己，控制自己的脾氣，並用功念書，這學期他除了地理外其他學科都拿到A的成績，不過目前為止，還沒有任何人表達收養意願。
