今年是李玟出道20周年，身為香港癌症基金「粉紅革命大使」的她7月5日與知名音樂人趙增熹舉辦「歡樂今宵慈善演唱會」，今午她在微博po支票照並宣布將演唱會募得的120萬元港幣（約472萬元台幣）捐給香港癌症基金會。
 
李玟語帶感激地說：「超級開心從我和趙增熹的慈善演唱會裡籌到120萬（港幣）捐了給香港癌症基金會！感謝所有來看演唱會的朋友們，有你們的支持我們才能夠把這個目標達成！ 我們繼續努力一起傳達愛心！」網友紛紛誇她「太有愛心了」、「榜樣」！還給她的善行「無數個讚」。（黃于珊／綜合報導）
