知識家亂檢舉之問題

知識家的版版裡都能發問大家很多問題，不過，就是有人超愛點數的啦~把他的競爭對手文章全檢舉光光，這樣自己就能被選用得點數囉!而且這種人挺多的...
然後既然被檢舉了，yahoo知識家主管者也隨意亂審核，一篇文對題。好好下番功夫打的文章，就被人審核准許撤掉了!撤掉就算了，還扣人點數...
我知道，因這種問題，已經把很多熱心之人趕跑了!
說真的我也不是第一天被人亂檢舉了!我也心很寒，也很少出沒在這了，今天無聊路過下，努力回個文對題也不抄襲的文章就被人檢舉了!

問下大家，遇過這種事情時，要如何直接挑明的跟yahoo知識家管控者表態，請他們正視大家權益，所以打客服反映有用嗎???謝謝
