悠遊卡學生票 記名方式簡化

（中央社記者黃意涵台北18日電）台北市公共運輸處今天表示，學生悠遊卡記名方式自9月25日起簡化，上網填資料並上傳證件電子檔，審核後再設定即可。

北北基市區學生持悠遊卡學生票，搭公車可享優惠，但北市公運處表示，有部分非學生者持卡冒用，因此為維持補貼公平性、回歸照顧學生的本意，未完成記名的悠遊卡學生票將於明年10月起自動轉為普通卡。

公運處指出，悠遊卡公司將自9月25日同步簡化學生悠遊卡記名方式，持卡人進入悠遊卡公司網頁後，填寫資料，並上傳證件電子檔，經審核通過，再至指定地點設定，即完成記名。

悠遊卡公司公關室科長陳志豪說明，現在市面上販售的「押金制學生悠遊卡」將於9月25日停售，明年10月起自動轉為普通卡，因無法記名，可辦理退卡退費。

另外，校園發給的「數位學生證」或「校園學生證」悠遊卡則不受影響，持卡者只要仍在學，即享優惠。

陳志豪說，「晶片學生悠遊卡」將於12月停售，持卡者於明年10月前須完成記名，才續享優惠，否則也將轉為普通卡；至於12月才開始販售的「新一代學生悠遊卡」，購卡後有20日的學生優惠票價，但20日內若未記名，也將轉為普通卡。

台北市公運處處長陳榮銘表示，去年與公車業者查核4萬9790多人次，其中持學生悠遊卡但未能出示證件者有5143人；今年截至7月查核2萬8588人次，持學生悠遊卡但未能出示證件者有1829人。1030918
