彭博報導，Orange集團（OrangeSA ）提案以約34億歐元（44億美元）現金收購西班牙寬頻服務商Jazztel Plc，成為這家法國電信公司近10年以來最大宗併購提案。

根據兩家企業表示，Orange出價每股13歐元收購Jazztel，較該公司12日在馬德里股市收盤價高出22%。

這項交易仍須待Jazztel股東競標至少半數股權--其中不含執行長普賈爾斯（Leopoldo FernandezPujals）等主管持有將近15%股權在內。這些持股主管已同意出售。

Orange為西班牙第3大無線通訊公司，僅次於西班牙電信集團（Telefonica SA ）和伏德風集團（Vodafone Group Plc ）。

併購Jazztel，將增添Orange約150萬寬頻用戶，加強其綜合寬頻、電視和無線通訊等套裝服務。

這宗交易為歐洲固話資產遭搶購最新例證。伏德風7月甫完成收購西班牙有線電視供應商GrupoCorporativo ONO。丹麥電信商TDC A/S也已同意買下挪威有線電視公司Get AS。（譯者：中央社徐睿承）1030916
