南韓政府今天確定對進口大米徵收513%的關稅，並將在本月內向世界貿易組織（WTO）通報此項決定。

南韓「聯合新聞通訊社」報導，政府將從10月開始與世貿組織成員國對進口大米的關稅稅率進行磋商。

按規定，世貿組織成員國需在3個月內在此問題上得出結論，否則南韓對進口大米的關稅稅率會暫被定為所提出的513%。

報導指出，南韓政府還將實施農產品特殊保護措施（SSG），在今後舉行的自由貿易協定（FTA）、跨太平洋夥伴關係協議（TPP）談判中，把大米從關稅減讓對象中排除，這是為了消除在今後其他經貿談判中大米關稅稅率有可能被降低的憂慮。

據報導，南韓政府還制定了大米產業發展方案，內容包括保持大米穩定種植、保障農戶收入、提高大米競爭力、禁止將國產大米和進口大米混合後銷售等。(中央社)
