倫敦市場 首現大陸準主權債券

大陸國家開發銀行今天宣布，已在英國倫敦成功發行人民幣債券，分3年期、5年期、10年期三類，共人民幣20億元（新台幣98億元）。新華社稱，此為倫敦市場首見的大陸準主權人民幣債券。

新華社報導指出，中國大陸國家開發銀行副行長張旭光表示，國開行此次在倫敦成功發債，是離岸人民幣市場發展的又一里程碑。

張旭光說，國開行的10年期債券，是在倫敦發行並掛牌上市的最長期限人民幣債券，有助完善離岸人民幣債券收益曲線。

報導指出，此次發行的認購倍數約2倍，其中歐洲地區占30%。發行金額分，3年期6億元，5年期5億元，10年期9億元。

大陸國開行主要以發債籌資，大陸市場年發債超過兆元，債券餘額占大陸總額1/5。自2007年首度赴香港發行人民幣債券，到本次倫敦發債，國開行累計境外發行人民幣債券280億元。
