追殺劊子手　美緊盯IS總部

遜尼派激進組織「伊斯蘭國」（IS）一個月內斬首3名西方人質，行兇的聖戰士「約翰」成為西方國家擊殺的頭號對象。約翰與其他人質可能藏身敘利亞的拉卡（Raqqa），美國與其他西方情報單位都緊盯此地。

英國《每日郵報》報導，拉卡是IS的主要根據地，因IS總部與其領袖巴格達迪的基地都在此，西方的特種部隊乾脆叫它「邪惡之心」（heart of evil）。據信至少還有20多名各國人質在IS手中，被藏匿在該區的地道網裡。目前美軍衛星、無人機與特種部隊全都盯住此處，盼能早日救出人質。

法國總統歐蘭德昨在巴黎警告，「時間已刻不容緩」，呼籲各國「明確、忠實、堅定地」支持被IS奪下北部部分地區的伊拉克。伊拉克總統馬蘇姆要求各國盡速伸出援手，他說如果給伊拉克的援助再拖下去，IS將會佔領伊拉克的其他領土，帶來的威脅也會繼續擴大。（李忠謙／綜合外電報導）
