微軟告三星違約 用專利不付錢

（法新社紐約1日電） 微軟（Microsoft）今天在美國聯邦法院控告南韓電子巨擘三星（Samsung），說三星違反一項專利交叉許可協議。

微軟副法律顧問在網路貼文說：「三星成為全球智慧型手機市場的要角後，去年底決定停止遵守與微軟的協議。」

微軟在紐約聯邦法院提出訴狀，指控三星沒有為智慧型手機和平板使用的微軟專利科技付錢。

三星未立即回應法新社記者的詢問。

微軟說，三星未遵守2011年以來的合約，微軟「費盡苦心協商」數個月未果，只好採取法律行動。（譯者：中央社樂羽嘉）
