中國全國人民代表大會公告，遼寧省人大常委會罷免方威第12屆全國人大代表職務。41歲的方威是遼寧方大集團董事局主席，曾是2012年胡潤少壯派富豪榜亞軍。

新華社報導，方威近期行方不明，相關人士稱，最近一次見到方威已是今年春節前後。先前也有消息說，方威在本月初已接受調查。

方大集團1991年12月成立，在方威的領導下，頻頻收購陷入危機的國有企業，現擁有方大炭素、方大特鋼、方大化工3家上市公司，市場俗稱的「方大系」儼然成型。

新華社指出，在甘肅和江西，方大集團均參與當地多家國企的併購重組。其中，南昌鋼鐵改制過程，曾在業界引起不小的爭議。

新華社引述江西省國有資產監督管理委員會知情人士說法，指南昌鋼鐵及電子集團改制背後，存在巨大的利益輸送，已經落馬的中共江西省委前任領導，親屬或在其中扮演掮客角色。

除了南昌鋼鐵，方大集團還涉足了江西新餘、萍鄉等多地礦業。28日上午，方大特鋼連續發布3份公告，顯示方大特鋼已決定釋出當地多家礦業公司股權，可能將股份給這些公司託管。(中央社)
